How to verify the domain in Google Search Console

  1. Open search.google.com/search-console and sign in with the Google account that should own the property.
  2. Choose Domain (not URL prefix) and enter localloanstore.com.
  3. Google will show a TXT record. We've already added it on the site side — make sure your DNS provider has this TXT record on the root domain (@):

  4. Save the record at your registrar, then come back to this page and click Re-check DNS. When it shows “Verified — TXT record is live”, return to Search Console and click Verify.
  5. DNS can take a few minutes — and up to 72 hours — to propagate. If verification fails the first time, wait and try again.
  6. Once verified, submit https://localloanstore.com/sitemap.xml under Sitemaps in Search Console.
